Audit Log
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Audit Log records all significant actions in MicroPIM — product changes, user logins, imports, exports, and system events. Filter by user, action type, entity, severity, or date range. Export logs for compliance or analysis.

Fields

| User | Who performed the action |
| Action | Type of action (create, update, delete, login, etc.) |
| Entity | Affected entity type and ID |
| Severity | Info, warning, high, or critical |
| Details | Description of the change |
| IP Address | Source IP of the action |
Severity Levels

| Info | Routine operations (product view, list access) |
| Warning | Notable actions (bulk updates, profile changes) |
| High | Significant changes (product deletion, user permission changes) |
| Critical | Security events (login failures, admin actions, data exports) |
Actions
Section titled “Actions”- Filter — narrow logs by user, action, entity, severity, or date
- View Details — see full action details with before/after data
- Export CSV — download filtered logs as a CSV file
- Clear Filters — reset all filters
