Inventory List
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Inventory List provides a consolidated view of stock levels across all warehouses. View current quantities, make manual adjustments, and track stock movement history for each product.

Fields
Section titled “Fields”| Field | Description |

| Product | Product name and SKU |
| Warehouse | Warehouse location |
| Quantity | Current stock level |
| Reserved Quantity | Stock reserved for orders |
| Available Quantity | Quantity minus reserved |
| Minimal Stock | Reorder point that triggers low stock alert |
| Last Stock Count | Date of the last stock count |
Actions
Section titled “Actions”- Adjust Stock — manually increase or decrease stock with a reason
- View History — see all stock movements for a product
- Bulk Update — update stock levels for multiple products at once
- Export — export inventory data
